FAQS

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Can you look up a part to see if it will fit my application?
A: No.  We buy closed shop inventory or surplus inventory and do not receive parts manuals with the inventory. 

Q: Can you special order a part not listed in your store?
A: No.  Since we are not an authorized agent for any of the brands we sell, we have no outlet to special order parts. 

Q: What if I ordered the incorrect part for my application?
A:  Just drop us an email at info@endrows.net and we will email you a Return Goods Authorization number.  Send the item back with the RGA number enclosed and within two business days we will refund your money the same way it was paid.

Q: Why do I receive the message "Unfortunately one or more items in your cart cannot be shipped to your location. Please choose a different delivery address."?A:  There is either a problem with the address you entered or there is a problem on our end with the shipping options for your location. Please contact us so we can try to correct the problem.
